Frequently Asked Questions
Are you a real estate agency?
No. UAE Price Index is an independent property price observatory. We are not a real estate agency, brokerage, or investment firm. We do not sell property, arrange transactions, or provide investment advice. Our role is purely informational: to provide estimated market data that serves as a starting point for further research and professional consultation.
Can I use your prices for a property transaction?
Our estimates should not be used as the basis for buying or selling decisions. They are area-level averages based on publicly available data and may not reflect the price of any specific property. For transactions, we strongly recommend obtaining a professional valuation from a licensed valuer registered with the relevant authority (RERA in Dubai, for example).
How accurate are your estimates?
Accuracy varies by country and area. UAE estimates (particularly Dubai) are the most reliable due to superior data availability from the Dubai Land Department. Saudi Arabia estimates carry the widest uncertainty due to more limited public data. All estimates should be treated as approximate indicators, not precise valuations. See our Methodology page for full details.
Is my data collected when I use your tools?
No. All calculations and interactive features are performed entirely in your browser. No personal or financial data is transmitted to any server. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Disclaimer
UAE Price Index does not provide investment, legal, or financial advice. Property price estimates are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for transaction decisions. Real estate markets are volatile and estimates may be time-lagged. For professional property valuations, engage a licensed valuer. For legal matters related to property transactions, consult a qualified property lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction.
